Not local? No problem! Our shipping menu offers delicious options delivered right to your door. • Cookies are $30 per dozen • Shipping fee is $15 per order • 1 dozen minimum per order • You’re welcome to mix and match 2 flavors per dozen for a custom experience is allowed. 1. Order Processing & Shipping • All cookies are freshly baked and typically shipped within 7 business days of order placement. • Shipping times may vary based on location and postal service performance. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery once your order has been shipped. • You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. 2. Shipping & Delivery Liability • Kakez and Kreationz by Triege’ is not responsible for any damage to products that occurs during shipping. • We are also not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. 3. Refunds & Returns • Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all sales are final. • Refunds or replacements are only issued if there is a proven error or fault on the part of Kakez and Kreationz by Triege’ (e.g., incorrect order, missing items). • If you believe an error has occurred, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, with photos and a description of the issue. 4. Allergy Disclaimer • While we offer a variety of flavors, all items are prepared in a kitchen that may process allergens including, but not limited to, nuts, dairy, soy, and gluten. We do not guarantee any item to be allergen-free. 5. Changes & Cancellations • Order cancellations or changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
