Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all sales are final. • Refunds or replacements are only issued if there is a proven error or fault on the part of Kakez and Kreationz by Triege’ (e.g., incorrect order, missing items). • If you believe an error has occurred, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, with photos and a description of the issue. 4. Allergy Disclaimer • While we offer a variety of flavors, all items are prepared in a kitchen that may process allergens including, but not limited to, nuts, dairy, soy, and gluten. We do not guarantee any item to be allergen-free. 5. Changes & Cancellations • Order cancellations or changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
